TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ART MAGAZINE AGENTS *

1. Submissions & approval Process: All applicants must provide accurate details about their professional experience. The gallery reserves the right to review and approve agents based on their background, network, and alignment with our vision. Approval agents will be contacted within 2-4 weeks to discuss collaboration details.
2. Roles & Responsibilities: Art agents: will assist in placing artworks in private collections, corporate spaces, and exhibitions while representing our gallery's artists in sales and promotional opportunities. Magazine Agents: will facilitate editorial features, interviews, and advertisement placement for new artists in prominent art publication or Magazine. Agents must ensure ethical representation of the gallery's artists and artworks. All promotional efforts must be aligned with the gallery's branding and approval process before execution.
3. Sales & commission: Agents will receive a commission for successful sales or placements facilitated trough the gallery. the standard rate will be 20% base on the agreement. Payments will be processed within 30 days after the sale or successful placement.
4. Marketing & Promotion The gallery will actively promote featured artists and publications through exhibitions, digital campaigns, and media outreach. Agents will be provide with marketing materials, digital assets, and access to private viewings to assist in theirs efforts.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage: Artists and magazines retain full copyright of their works. The gallery reserves the right to use submitted images and editorial content for promotional purposes (website, social media, print, etc..
6. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct. All business dealings, clients contacts, and pricing agreements must remain confidential. Agents must not engage in direct deals with artists or magazines introduced by the gallery without written consent.
7. Termination of Agreement. Either party may terminate the collaboration with a written notice of at least 30 days after 1 year of collaboration. Any ongoing sales or projects must be finalise under agreed terms before termination.
