ARTIST SUBMISSIONS TERM & CONDITIONS *

1) Submission Guidelines: Artists must submit original work only . All submitted artworks must be available for sale unless stated otherwise. Images must be high-resolution and accurately represent the artworks.
2) Selection Process: Submission are reviewed by our gallery team. Acceptance is based on artistic quality, originality, and alignment with our gallery's vision. We will notify selected artists via email within 2-3 weeks. Due to high volume of submissions, we may not be able to respond to every application.
3) Exhibition & Representation: If selected, artists agree to exhibit with our gallery under mutually agreed terms. The gallery reserves the right to curate and select artworks for exhibitions. Artists must provide a detailed list of artworks including pricing, dimensions, and medium.
4) Sales & Commission rate is 20% to the gallery, 70% to the artist for online sale and commission rate free for artist selling their own work in the exhibitions space. payment to artists will be made within 30 days after the sale.
5) Artwork Handling & Insurance : Artists are responsible for delivering their artwork to the gallery. The Gallery will take reasonable care of the artworks but is not liable for damage, loss, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6) COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHT: The artist retains full copyright of their work. The gallery reserve the right to use submitted images for promotional purposes, including social media, website, marketing materials and exhibition materials.
7) Agreement & Termination: Participation is voluntary, and either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice after 1 year. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal means if necessary.
