TERMS & CONDITION FOR ART CONSULTANTS *

1) Submission & approval Process: All applicants must provide accurate professional details and experience; Submissions will be reviewed by the gallery team, and approval is based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the gallery's needs. Selected consultants will be contacted within 4 weeks.
2) Collaboration & Responsibilities: Approve consultants will work with the gallery to source , promote, and sell artworks. Consultants must ensure that any artworks sourced align with the gallery's standard and vision. Any agreement regarding commissions, pricing, or sales strategy must be mutually agreed upon.
3) Sales & Commission Structure: Consultants may earn a commission for sales facilitated trough their network. The standard commission structure will be 20% per sale, depending on the type of collaboration. Payment to consultants will be made within 30 days after the sale transaction is completed
4) Artwork & Intellectual Property: the gallery holds the rights to display, promote, and market the artworks. Consultant may not use artwork images for personal promotion without written consent from the gallery and the artist.
5) Confidentiality & Ethics: Consultants must maintain confidentiality regarding client and gallery sales details. Any direct dealings with artists introduced by the gallery must be discussed and agreed upon.
6) Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate collaboration with written notice after the period of 1 year. Any ongoing sales or projects must be completed under the agreed term before termination.
